no-tickets stores the full event stream for your projects so the board and activity feed can be replayed, audited, and queried over time. How long that history is retained depends on your plan. Retention is measured from the moment an event is published. On the Free tier, events older than 30 days are pruned from the event store nightly; the derived board state for periods before the retention window is also no longer queryable.

What “unlimited” means

Paid plans keep every event you push for as long as your account is active. There is no auto-expiry — historical board state stays queryable, and the activity feed can scroll back to your first push. If you cancel a paid plan and the account drops to Free, the rolling 30-day window applies again. Events older than that become unrecoverable from the API. Export what you need before downgrading.

Deleting events on demand

Project deletion removes the project’s events from the event store immediately and irrevocably. There is no soft-delete window for project-scoped data. Per-event deletion is intentionally not supported — the event stream is the source of truth for the derived board state, and selectively removing events would silently distort the board. The right primitive for “this is wrong” is to publish a corrective event, not to delete the original.
