What counts as a sync event?
Every update a dev or agent pushes to the board counts as one sync event — feature status changes, task completions, test-count updates, progress recalculations. Reading the board is free. A typical TDD cycle (red → green → refactor) emits 3-5 sync events. A single feature with ~10 tasks across two days of work usually sits in the 50-100 sync event range.Scale add-ons
